Accommodation of 12 persons in 6 Suites in main Palazzo (if 2+ nights) – 21k/night, if only one night then 26k/night. Extra accommodation of 8-18 persons in the Wing and Villino – 4-10k/night. Max capacity for accommodation – up to 30 people. The event fee for up to 200 guests is included. Max capacity for events – 550 pers (in the garden)

We will ask for an extra event fee for guests exceeding 200.

Comfortable capacity for a seated dinner inside the Villa – 50 persons

Security deposit – 35k (fully refundable if no damages occur) for the event not bigger than 200 guests; for the guests exceeding the number of 200 an extra deposit will be asked

One day event without accommodation – 20k euro (not available on weekends in May – October, only on weekdays)

Weekends are selling only as a minimum setup of 3 full days for 58k euro.

Villa Balbiano is a popular Italian wedding venue and a beautifully preserved historical Palazzo.  Ideally located on the lakeside of Lake Como, it is one of the eldest properties around the lake. It’s almost 3 acres of lawns and gardens are the perfect venue for saying I DO.  And the villa features breathtaking views, charming fountains, and statues.

This luxurious villa was popular for banquets, dances, and concerts in the 18th century. And it boasts a wide range of areas ideal for hosting the wedding ceremony, the cocktail, the reception dinner, and the party.

The outdoors has four different areas suited for different activities. These include the Main Terrace facing the lake with stunning views ideal for outside dinners for 300 guests, with sheltered garden and centenarian trees.  The courtyard around the swimming pool is ideal for dinners up to 500 guests. And the designed Secret Garden perfect for intimate cocktails.

The villa can host receptions up to 70 guests. Set on three floors, Villa Balbiano can host up to 12 guests in its 6 luxuriously appointed bedrooms. The art includes magnificent Baroque frescoes.
